In Kiel, WI, our 250,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility produces frozen prepared foods, shredded cheese and non-refrigerated snacks. Its capabilities include:

Portion-control packaging of shredded cheese
Frozen appetizers – both raw breaded and par fried
IQF cheese portions and IQF formed matrixes
Non-refrigerated snacks with tray forming capabilities
USDA Meat approved facility

Hilbert
In Hilbert, WI, we operate a plant with over 125,000 sq. ft. of production space focused primarily on process cheese and sauce manufacturing. Its capabilities include:

Custom performance specific process cheese produced in blocks, trays and tubes
Hot-fill shelf-stable sauces
Spreads and cold pack cheese
Sauces available in single serve cups and flexible pouches

Elkhart
Our Elkhart Lake, WI, facility houses the Sargento Research and Development and Engineering departments. With 40,000 sq. ft., Elkhart Lake includes both product development and pilot scale production capabilities. Within this facility, you have access to the following:
